At Bushbalm Professional, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare tools and treatments. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
